Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies when checkout is open and you purchase credit packs on Burning Bridges AI. It does not create a right to buy while checkout remains closed.

Unused credits

Unused credits from a one-time pack may be refunded if you request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Credits already consumed for generated clips are not refundable.

Timing

We aim to review refund requests within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email, order or checkout reference, and a short explanation.
